London's legendary gunsmith. Required a white-glove configurator (engraving, wood selection, fit measurements) plus a strictly compliance-aware fulfilment workflow. Magento 2 with a custom configurator built in React.
The challenge
Bespoke gun orders moved through email and phone for centuries. The customer wanted to start the bespoke journey online: engraving choice, wood selection, fit measurements. Strict compliance for jurisdictions where firearms cannot ship.
What we built
React-based configurator embedded into the Magento 2 PDP. 200+ configurator options across engraving, action type, stock wood, and fit. Output produced a structured lead with all bespoke specs sent to the white-glove CRM, gating actual fulfilment behind compliance review.
