No — that’s the point. Strategy is what produces the spec. If you already have one, we’ll pressure-test it; if you don’t, we’ll build it.

How long does the Strategy phase take?

Typically 1–3 weeks. Faster for tighter scope, longer for full replatforms or B2B with complex pricing logic.

Can we hire just for Strategy and use a different team to build?
