Frequently asked questions about working here
Are these roles in-office, hybrid, or fully remote?
Most roles are based at our Ahmedabad HQ in a hybrid arrangement (3 days in office, 2 from home). Senior roles can negotiate fully remote within India / overlapping time zones. Roles in our Kennesaw, GA office are open occasionally — listed separately when active.
What does the interview process look like?
Three stages: (1) screening call with HR (30 min); (2) technical interview with the team lead — code review, system design, real-world scenarios (60-90 min); (3) cultural / values conversation with a partner (45 min). For senior roles we sometimes add a paid take-home (8-12 hrs). Full process: typically 2 weeks.
I don't see my role here. Should I still apply?
Yes. We hire ahead of explicit openings if a strong candidate comes through — especially for senior Magento, design, and consulting roles. Pick the closest match in the form, mention it in the cover note, and we'll route accordingly.
Do you sponsor work visas or relocations?
For senior leadership roles, we have sponsored relocations to Ahmedabad in the past. For US (Kennesaw) roles, we typically hire candidates with existing US work authorization. We're happy to discuss specifics in the screening call.
