Common questions about working here
Are these roles in-office, hybrid or remote?
Most are at our Ahmedabad HQ on a hybrid arrangement, three days in and two from home. Senior roles can discuss fully remote within India and overlapping time zones. Roles at our Kennesaw, Georgia office open occasionally and are listed separately when they do.
What is the interview process?
Three stages. A short screening call with HR, then a technical interview with the team lead covering code review, system design and real scenarios, then a values conversation with a partner. For senior roles we sometimes add a paid take-home task. The whole thing usually takes around two weeks.
My role is not listed. Should I still apply?
Yes. We hire ahead of explicit openings when a strong candidate comes through, especially in senior Magento, design and consulting. Pick the closest match in the form and mention what you are really after in the cover note.
Do you sponsor visas or relocations?
For senior leadership roles we have sponsored relocations to Ahmedabad before. For our US roles in Kennesaw, we usually hire candidates who already have US work authorisation. We are happy to talk specifics on the screening call.
How long until I hear back?
A first reply within seven days. If you are a fit, we will book the screening call that same week. If there is no active match, we keep your CV and reach out when something opens up.
