How long does Discovery take?

1-2 weeks for most projects. Faster for new builds (no historical data to analyse), longer if you need a deep audit of a large existing Magento store.

Do we need to give you database access?

Read-only DB or analytics access dramatically speeds Discovery — SWOT becomes evidence-based instead of inference-based. We sign an NDA up front. We can also run Discovery purely off interviews and screen-share if you prefer.

What if Discovery contradicts our existing plan?

That’s exactly why we do it. We’ll flag the contradiction with evidence and let your team decide whether to revise plan, scope, or budget. No project ever shipped well by ignoring discovery findings.

Can Discovery be a standalone engagement?
