The brief
UK plumbing trade supplier. 30k SKUs, depot-pickup logistics, trade-account net-terms, branch-specific pricing across 60+ depots.
The challenge
Plumbers ordered by phone or by walking into the depot. Online ordering with depot pickup didn't exist. Each depot had local stock + local trade-account pricing.
What we built
Magento 2 trade portal with postcode-driven nearest-depot detection. Branch-specific pricing tier resolved at cart. Click-and-collect within 30 minutes for 80% of SKUs.
