Subscriptions absent. Loyalty programme batched points overnight, breaking the dopamine loop. Mobile experience felt slow.
What we built
Hyvä theme rebuild. Custom subscriptions with auto-renew, skip-shipment, and product-swap. Loyalty rebuilt around real-time points crediting on order paid. Push-notification re-engagement.
