That meant a live preview of each custom tag with logo upload, text overlay, and material and colour selection, all rendered before checkout.
The challenge
Customers were ordering custom tags and getting unhappy with the result. The legacy site showed only a generic mockup. Returns due to design dissatisfaction were running at 14%.
What we built
A custom configurator with live preview: upload a logo, type text, pick a font, choose material and colour, and see a WYSIWYG preview. Print API integration with three printer partners for SLA flexibility.
