Custom-print tags & labels retailer. Customers needed live preview of their custom tag with logo upload, text overlay, and material/colour selection before ordering.
The challenge
Customers were ordering custom tags and getting unhappy with the result. The legacy site showed a generic mockup. Returns due to design dissatisfaction were 14%.

Custom configurator with live preview: upload logo, type text, pick font, choose material + colour, see WYSIWYG preview. Print API integration with three printer partners for SLA flexibility.
