North America's largest sailboat manufacturer. We built a B2B-only Magento store with 12k boat parts cross-referenced by hull, year, and dealer permission. Net-30 invoicing, dealer pricing tiers, RFQ flow.
The challenge
Dealer orders flowed via phone and fax across 410 dealers. No catalogue, no inventory visibility, no self-service. Parts cross-referenced by hull number across 50 years of boat models.
What we built
Magento 2 B2B with custom fitment data model: hull number → year → component compatibility. Dealer SSO with per-dealer pricing tiers. Net-30 invoicing and PO upload. RFQ workflow for non-stocked parts.
