The challenge
Florists wanted to sell direct without losing same-day delivery. Geographic routing to the nearest farmer needed to happen in real time.
What we built
Farmer-vendor marketplace. Magento 2 marketplace with farmer-vendor accounts and inventory visible per farmer.
Geo-routed fulfilment. Postcode to nearest-farmer routing so every order ships from the closest source.
Auto-payout split. Automatic payout split between the cooperative and the fulfilling farmer.
