The things people ask before signing up

How do the maintenance plans work?

Whichever plan you pick, you pay for a set block of hours and we spend them on the work you ask for. We do not modify your store outside of that. Our job is site review, error detection and correction, platform updates and patches. Contracts run on a three-month binding. You can prepay for the whole package or pay monthly, and clients who stay all year see the better deal.

Do unused hours roll to the next month?

No, the hours are used within the month and we do not carry them over. In practice it rarely matters, because in around 90% of cases clients run short of hours rather than have spare. The plans are sized around how Magento actually works, so leftover hours are uncommon.

Do my hours cover Magento version upgrades?

Yes, we handle upgrades within your support hours. A version update can take more time than you expect, and when it does we add extra hours only after asking your permission first.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

We offer monthly as well as 12-month agreements. To change package we ask for 15 days notice. We do recommend the yearly contract for the better rate, but it is your call.

Can I migrate my store to you for maintenance?

Absolutely. If your store runs on Magento we are happy to take it over with the proper precautions. We study the site to understand how it works, list out what could be improved, and discuss recommended upgrades to things like server setup and merchandising before settling into the ongoing work.

Are there rules on how I use my hours?
