The chatbot’s first job is helping shops create their websites, as the company says. Shopify says that Sidekick can also work as an analytics tool. It means users can ask questions about how their online business is doing and get answers in regular words. For example, a worker can ask why there were suddenly more purchases or ask for a summary of last week’s sales.
