A Theme is a Magento component which is designed to give a different look and feel to your website. It is basically a combination of templates, styles, layouts and images.<\/p>\n

Magento 2 generally provides two themes: Luma and Blank<\/strong>. However, you may create a new theme according to your store requirements.<\/p>\n

Steps\u00a0to Schedule New Theme in Magento 2<\/h2>\n

At first, login to your Magento Admin Panel using your login credentials<\/p>\n

Open your Navigation panel and click on ‘Content’ icon. A drop-down menu will open.\u00a0Click on ‘Schedule’ under Design.<\/p>\n

Store Design Schedule Screen<\/strong>\u00a0will open.\u00a0Click on ‘Add Design Change<\/strong>‘ button.<\/p>\n

New Store Design Change Screen <\/strong>opens. Add all required fields as per below.<\/p>\n

This section allows the user to schedule new theme or change existing\u00a0theme to their eCommerce store and set the<\/a><\/strong> date range to keep their selected theme live on the website.<\/p>\n

1.1 General<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.1.1 General Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a01.1.1.1\u00a0<\/strong>Store:<\/strong> This field displays name of all your store websites. Select any one website for which you want to set the theme.<\/p>\n

1.1.1.2<\/strong> Custom Design:<\/strong> It displays the various theme options available to make a selection for your store.<\/p>\n

1.1.1.3<\/strong> Date From:<\/strong> Type or select a date from calendar to schedule the starting date of implementing the new theme at your store.<\/p>\n

1.1.1.4<\/strong> Date To:<\/strong> Type or select a date from calendar to schedule the ending date until when the theme will be live at your store.<\/p>\n

1.1.1.5<\/strong> Click on ‘Save’ <\/strong>button to save the settings.<\/p>\n

Once done, the selected theme will be displayed on ‘Store Design Schedule’ theme. When you visit your storefront, then the currently applied theme will be visible.<\/p>\n

Steps\u00a0to Change Existing\u00a0Theme in Magento 2<\/h2>\n

The scheduled theme will be displayed on ‘Store Design Schedule’ Screen.<\/p>\n

Follow steps below:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Click on the available theme that you want to change to, enter to and from date and click on ‘Save’ <\/strong>button to save the settings.\u00a0If you want to delete a theme, then click on ‘Delete’<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n
